The IT Support Technician you will provide first-line support on IT hardware, software and systems for on-site at our 3 US locations and for our remote employees. You should possess a basic working knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting. You will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment and automated production lines by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the 3 US subsidiaries by communicating with the internal Global IT Helpdesk.
