Spical-Plus
Koppert Biological Systems’ trusted predatory mite product, Spical-Plus, has a new sachet. This beneficial insect has successfully been used for years for the biocontrol of destructive spider mites. The new sachet is slimmer and trimmer than the former square version. Spical-Plus, with its elongated shape and new design, will be available as of July 20, 2020.
The material, content and application of the new Spical-Plus sachet remain the same. The sachet itself acts as a rearing system for the slow release of predatory mites over a period of 4 to 6 weeks. Spider mite can cause severe damage in any crops. Neoseiulus californicus is a predatory mite that offers biocontrol for various kinds of spider mite. Spical-Plus can be used to effectively prevent and control spider mites.
