Competition for space

Bacilirid contains bacteria that colonizes on developing root and shoot systems of plants, preventing, controlling, or suppressing by competition. Protection against root and soil borne pathogens is extended throughout the growing season.

Biological Protection

Bacilirid provides biological protection, resulting in vigorous roots and shoot systems of treated plants. These results can provide more uniform stands and greater yields.

Directions for use

Application

For use as a foliar treatment in greenhouse crops

Bacilirid provides broad spectrum prevention, control, or suppression of several foliar diseases, including Botrytis, powdery mildew, and anthracnose. Bacilirid is most effective as a preventative treatment. Apply when environmental conditions are favorable for disease development, but prior to disease onset. Check the label for each crop and situation.

For use as a soil or growing media treatment

Apply Bacilirid as a waterbased slurry to soil or growing media for prevention, control, or suppression of plant root pathogens Rhizoctonia spp., Pythium spp. and Fusarium spp. Check the label for pre-plant growing media and post-plant application instructions for each crop and situation.

Compatibility

Do not mix Bacilirid with any product containing a label prohibition against such mixing. When tank mixing Bacilirid with any other registered foliar treatment products (insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, etc.), observe the most restrictive of the the labeling limitations and precautions of all products used in the mixitures. DO NOT exceed label dosage rates.
